Cloud Factory is a pioneering Neapolitan pizzeria based in Luxembourg, known for its authentic and fluffy pizzas. Founded in December 2020 as Luxembourg’s first “ghost kitchen,” we started in Neudorf during the pandemic and have since expanded to full-scale restaurants in Esch-sur-Alzette and Merl.
We combine traditional Neapolitan craftsmanship with a modern approach to hospitality, focusing on high-quality ingredients, long-fermentation dough, and a light, airy crust. Our mission is simple: making Luxembourg’s fluffiest pizza.
At the GRIDX Food Festival, guests can expect a selection of our signature Neapolitan pizzas, prepared with the same passion and quality standards that define our restaurants.
