LaMie Sandwicherie

LaMie Sandwicherie was born from the meeting of two passions: the love of great bread and the friendship between its founders, Anne and Emilie. The name “LaMie” reflects both the soft crumb of bread (“la mie”) and the bond of friendship that inspired the project.

Located in Luxembourg, LaMie reimagines the classic sandwich as a generous and gourmet experience, built around fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared à la minute. Their recipes highlight carefully selected products sourced from premium artisan suppliers, combining simplicity with creativity.

For the GRIDX Food Festival, LaMie brings a selection of their three best-selling sandwiches:
the PastraMie, La Poulette, and the TunAvocado — each crafted with the same attention to flavor and quality that defines their kitchen.
